Banquet Information
The 2023 SHCA National awards banquet will include a delicious meal offering your choice of three entrées:

Wood Fired Grilled New York Steak with caramelized shallots, served with a cabernet demi reduction. It is accompanied by mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

All Natural Pan Roasted Herb Chicken Breast with a pearl onion demi glaze. It is served with pesto Yukon gold whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Vegetable Wellington featuring roasted seasonal vegetables, spinach mushroom duxelles and mozzarella baked in puff pastry, served with tomato basil sauce.
Your meal will include an arugula and frisée salad with roasted seasonal fruit, candied walnuts, shaved Manchego cheese and a sherry wine vinaigrette. We will end with a decadent crème brulé cheesecake with raspberry sauce and a seasonal mix of fresh berries.
